Our Family!

Here is a cute family photo that we took a few weeks ago!

Hayden has loved little brother ever since we took him home. He didn't get to see him in the Hospital because of the Swine Flu regulations that they put on all hospitals. So he couldn't come and see him or us. I think that was the hardest thing. I couldn't see him and he had no idea where his mom and dad were. But he was pretty excited when we brought home this new little friend!

My Midwife did a great job! I love her to death! Everyone told me how they weren't as good as doctors but I don't agree. She delivered both of my boys and I feel very safe with her.

Hospital Pictures! They say the second baby is much easier to have. It is so true. Hayden took 19 hours to get here. Tate took 6. It went super fast.

This is what his cast's looked like. Every week for six weeks we would have to go to Shriner's and have them cut off and then changed. The last cast he had on for three weeks because he had his Achile's Tendon cut so it could grow back normally.

Here we go again!

Hi all! I can't believe that it has been two years since I have last posted a blog. A lot has happened since then. Hayden is now almost three. He will be in July. We have also had another addition to the family. Tate Steven was born on October 17th. He weighed 7 pounds and was 20 inches long. He was also born with club feet. It is a deformity of the feet. Basically he could play patty cake with his feet if he wanted to. Shriners Hospital in Salt Lake has been excellent in their care of our little Tater-tot!
